Upon arrival, they discover the village is eerie and largely deserted. Maya soon realizes that the locals hate her because of her family's dark past. She is the daughter of a man who allegedly cursed the village's newborns with a strange skin disease (Impetigo). To lift the curse and survive the night, Maya must uncover the truth about her heritage and face the vengeful spirits and angry villagers.
