If you aren't interested in RPG stats and just want the coolest ship in Minecraft, several map packs focus entirely on the vessels. Look for maps titled "One Piece Ships" on popular addon sites. These usually include the Going Merry, Thousand Sunny (with working channels for the Soldier Dock System), and the Moby Dick. These are great for importing into your own survival world.
