Yaskawa Error Code A910

Unlike "Major Faults" that immediately coast the motor to a stop, the A.910 code is a warning. If you continue operation without addressing the cause, the drive will eventually trigger a full overload alarm and stop. Threshold:

: Incorrect or loose wiring in the servomotor or encoder cables can cause faulty feedback, making the drive "think" it is overloading. yaskawa error code a910

: Manually inspect the load. Ensure there are no physical obstructions and that all parts are properly lubricated. Unlike "Major Faults" that immediately coast the motor

This is a classic symptom of a failing current sensor. Cold temperatures cause semiconductor materials to contract slightly, altering the offset voltage. As the drive warms up, the sensor may drift back into acceptable range temporarily. The sensor still needs replacement. : Manually inspect the load

: Ensure the motor and encoder cables are securely connected and free of damage. High-resistance connections can lead to increased current draw.

Is the error happening or while the motor is holding position ?

: Inspect and secure all connections for the servomotor main circuit and encoder cables. Parameter Settings
