Being a DVDRip, don’t expect Blu-ray clarity. The image is slightly soft with occasional interlacing artifacts, but it’s perfectly watchable. Colors are decent for a late-’90s/early-2000s OVA, and the MKV container preserves the original 4:3 aspect ratio. No major blocking or compression issues, but darker scenes show a bit of noise.
"Yu Yu Hakusho," which translates to "Ghost Files" or "Ghost Squadron," is a beloved Japanese anime series created by Kazuhiko Torishima and produced by Studio Pierrot. The series aired from 1990 to 1994 and follows the story of Yusuke Urameshi, a delinquent teenager who becomes a spirit energy detective, tasked with solving supernatural cases in modern-day Tokyo.
